Yes. NetVillage is free to use for as long as you wish. It is a member based system. To access more of the site options please sign up.
How do I start up a Chat Window with a friend
To start chatting with a member, first visit the members profile and click the chat Button.
How do I start a group chat
To start a group chat, click the chat tab found under the NetVillage logo.
